Don't think it ever has been, you miss alot of content playing free, the expansion content is pretty large, but playing entirely free, there's nothing you have access to, that you can't do just as well as a paying member.

Well its pay to play, every new mission or dungeon/raid cost $15 - $30 extra on top of $0 to play for free. Play single player top 30 max level of 30 then end game tier 1 raids. tier 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10. cost $15 - $30 a piece to play and get higher gear.

Where did you get that from? You're either pay 15$ a month and get access to everything for that month or buy episodes. Smallest episode consist of 2 dungeons and cost 4$.

I played this game alot on ps3 and paid 15 a month for legandary membership plus extras every now and then. it is p2w and im all good with that my only problem with this game is not being to transfer all my stuff and characters now that im on steam/pc. if i could i would gladly subscribe to legandary again bc it is well worth it with all the extras that entails

it if you pay for monthly you get more benefits more characters infinite storage for materials bank tab
no need to go to the bank and retrieve the materials just to craft it.
increased luck to get rare gear/materials.

pay 2 win ? i don't think so. its pay to play the end game. the devs have to make money somehow to keep this game up and running but yet u kids complain about paying for a membership. lol... Play until you cant do anymore raids then get a membership for a month.
