How do we contact the support for DCUO?

I tried there website and it just takes you around and around in circles and doesnt tell you an email adress. The phone number they have posted on the internet is disconnected. They have been charging me for 4 months and i have canceled 3 times ingame and they keep charging me. I played 4 years ago and they charged me for 7 months and i didnt see it and when i was able to call them they told me its not there problem and didnt give me my money back even though i hadnt touched the game in 7 months. I was dumb enough to play again and its happening all over again.

You have to submit a ticket by pressing "Get help" button and searching something at least once.
Then, there will appear "Contact support" button. It'll take you to log-in screen where you have to enter your Daybreak username and password. After you logged in there, you can submit a request with all details.
