1) Если купить в стиме любой комплект за 349р дадут ли в игре премиум аккаунт?(5$+)
И в какое издание входит дополнение на развитие базы? Lair System (которое отдельное стоит 500 Cash)
2) Может ли премиум аккаунт обмениваться вещами с бесплатным? Раньше было что бесплатный имел 1500 максимум кэша, но сейчас 2000 как у према, непонятны теперь отличия между ними.

1) yes, it needs to be spend in a SINGLE purchase. after membership expires the account is premium too. The UE contains the lair system. I recommend not to buy teh Steam version which is more expensive with much less content. There might be other packages, but you have to read teh description I guess.
2) No, Free can't trade for fraud protection reasons. Both free and premium were increased in their cash cap and premium is still higher than free - and premium can trade items with other premiums as well as members.

In the incentive there are a lot of DLC for a small price, why not buy?

The packs are cheaper than single purchase. Do the math of Episode Pack 1 etc. and you will see.

You are comparing the same things... I was writing about buying Single Episodes vs. Episode pack purchase price when buying them in the SAME place.
