A reminder to anybody who subscribes to all access: you get 500 free Daybreak Cash
Yeah, I missed mine last month because I didn't know it was a thing.

There's an FAQ about it:

https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002063527-All-Access-Membership-500-DB-Cash-FAQ

In case you're thinking of suggesting "just contact customer support, they'll be cool about a missed month." No, the FAQ addresses that. They absolutely will not do that. The premium currency bonus I was supposed to get with my membership fee has expired.

To claim your membership bonus cash, valued at $5, all you have to do is log in, go to the market and click the button in the upper right corner. It's not in any of the login screens. They don't remind you about it. If you're not trying to buy something through the in-game market. I found out about it when I was browsing my payment details on the main website and had to search customer support to find out what to do.

But yeah, you should claim that thing. It really sucks finding out that was something we're supposed to be able to get when I've been missing it.

It also was in the fine print when you bought it.

It was apparently also in the advertisement section under Planetside, but not under DCUO, Before I checked the FAQ, I thought I'd have to download that before I could claim it.
I think at some point I stumbled across it, but it didn't make sense to me, so when I looked at it I thought it was an advertisement or a promotional discount. I didn't understand that it was my bonus daybreak allowance that came with the paid subscription.

And when I saw the notification in my payment details, it told me it was unclaimed, but didn't tell me how to claim it or redirect me to the FAQ.

Unless you're talking about the will not get back missed months thing. Yeah, that's in the fine print and the FAQ says where. I accept that. I understand. I don't like it and it doesn't seem ethical to make something like this be claim based and perishable, but it is what it is.

It made me want to tell other people not to miss their daybreak cash. I mean, that's enough to buy a few inventory slots. It's useful to claim! So here I am, trying to remind people.

Don't be an ignorant fool like I was, folks! Claim your Daybreak cash!

If the website is missing text or similar, post on the Official DC Universe Online forums.

I tried posting there a few times a while ago. but the community was horribly toxic.

When I've contacted support, following up on unrelated report tickets, it doesn't seem to help remove spam accounts from chat.

The tone set by the FAQ is: no refunds, no compensations, that's your problem, tough luck.

So, no, I have no faith in the official DCUO moderators, managers devs or official mediums to be understanding, attentive or helpful. They bought the rights to a great game and are doing due diligence in building upon it, that's all they are to me, and I'm probably worth even less to them.

If anybody realizes they can claim their daybreak cash because of the headline of this post, that's the most I can hope for.

This 500 monthly are a base of the contract. I also do not get the point, why it is not delivered automated. That´s why i subscribe manualy each month.

At the shop there is a green button reminding you, when you can claim the next one.
Or when you shall re subscribe because of it is running out.

At the other hand they gave out daybreak cash automated for accounts i did not even had used for DCUO before the migration to Daybreak.

But yes. They say "You need to claim it manualy.".

And this is the point. If you do not claim it within this 1 payed month then you have missed that month.

It is no refound and neither a compansation, if you ask them to handle out the missed cash please. It is you asking for delivering a payed product.

I hope it helps.
