Yellow Counter-Attack Indicator

What does that mean when it is yellow instead of the regular white one?

did you switch from mouse to controller recently? the X360 counter button (Y) is yellow. :)

What I mean is the one on the screen that tells you when to counter-attack, I know that when it's red I can only dodge, but what does it mean when it's yellow?

That you take dmg even if you counter it. Just not as much.

the yellow counter means multiple attacks so if you counter the yellow then he attacks twice straight after which show as normal white counters...

i know exactly what you mean. if you're using a controller, the on-screen prompt for counter-attack is a picture of the (Y) button, which is yellow.

if you're not using a controller, ignore this. i have no idea what a yellow mouse button icon means, but luckily other posters answered. :)
