Well you gotta have the wymyns otherwise critics get mad at you
But the "skin"/model looks so cool I still play her. :)
This isn't one of those games though and it was never ever going to be like that. This is Talion's story.
Just play through the main story as Talion and switch to one of the other skins afterwards.
That's what I did.
Pre-rendered for a very good reason, actually. This is supposed to be Talion's story, not yours.
You play as Talion in the story, not a character of your choosing. It's the same deal when you play The Witcher games, for example. You're always Geralt. Here, you're always Talion, at least during the story anyway.
Pre-rendered scences have been around for a long time and they serve their purpose as a story driving plot tool.
After the story was done, I switched to a different skin so it was never an issue for me.
