Can't Verify my WBPlay

For some reason the WBPlay verification email just isn't being sent to my email address..

I've sent a ticket too WB but all they go on about is my password reset, but the password is fine works no problems, can't verify the account though..

So i have no idea what to do from here..

Same problem here DanteYoda, let me know if you find some kind of resolution. I haven't received an email from them except when I first updated my account by logging into wbplay online in a browser rather than in game.

What on earth does that have to do with my verification Email??? I've resent it like 30 times and still nothing appeared in my email..

So mine finally showed up yesterday morning. No reason - I didn't actually do anything different. But same as you I had tried to have it resent a billion times and then eventually it just popped up... I got up in the morning and there it was in my inbox. No clue...

Yes as did mine, a whole hoard of emails just appeared out of the blue, very weird...

And i don't think it was us, i did send a second support ticket after i posted here.

i click then button on the email to verify it and it brings me to the batman arkham origins site and then it just says Verify Email and there is nothing for me to press and it wont give me my suit any help?

Thank you for making this thread. I got the same problem now. I will wait then for the mail to come in-I did the same, waited and clicked to resend many times.

Three and a half years later and this is still happening to people. No WBPlay verification email arriving. Tried password reset and whatever other bogus troubleshooting support suggested. Their first suggestion was that I mixed up emails. Eventually they stopped communicating and said they were forwarding to bug department. Brilliant. It's been TWO MONTHS now and no verification email has arrived. Have tried multiple email accounts now, same result. WBNoPlay.
