Get out you flithy casual.
Some reading on the "Shire" and Hobbiton if you cba to read the books:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shire_%28Middle-earth%29
I know the engine they used is not a classical UE3 or 4, but if they included an extra land, with the only way to get to it is by map Fast- travel, shouldnt it be easier to add an even Smaller map (hobbit homeland) by just adding another fast travel? Heheh, even if its DLC worth 20 quid, hell I'd buy it!
Imagine, if you got the secret orc/ Uruk invasion from Mordor, not described in Books (and if You DID read books and/ or watchedfilms, you'd notice- the whole game's story is kinda...... fan fiction, in a way)- so, you got something to do in there, maybe not even tied with th story.
I KNOW map would be small- but think, if You add destructability , and/or ability to enter Hobbits' houses- no one will care about story anymore! WB got more Money then, and fans- new content, just as good as a whole new story DLC would be anyway!
