What the point of this rune? How it works? All this stuff with activating sword power and getting unlimited fast kills for limited time , wasnt it avaliable before? with passive skills? Or what? I am really wondering..

Yes it is available and you would get it around the second map by just upgrading. It's kind of a cheat rune at beginning of game that gives you that power right away, if you use it, it will make the game easier so it's like an optional cheat but if you don't want to use it don't insert it into your sword.

I sitll can't figure out how to use the runes power. I have a charged up flaming sword at the bottom and can't find anywhere how to use it.

With contoller you activate it by clicking left and right thumbsticks at same time, keyboard and mouse I don't know.

Oh my God I just spent 2500 for the power up, but I had this rune from the beginning of the game cause I have the GOTY edition. I just had no idea how it was to be used back then.

one u equip it fighting with sword u feel up litte bar on sword icon once if full will glow.. and at any time just press 2 to activate it... than u just pressing f killing all in 1 hit

PC, in GOTY edition. When gauge is full, you press button [2] (above key W) on keyboard in order to activate the Rising Storm Rune then press [F] to perform execution. Have fun!

Alright I finally got my answer after a long time of googling it lmao. Whenever your sword turns blue (or yellow if you have the Flame of Anor rune), press 2 and KEEP PRESSING IT at the same time you press F for multiple executions. There I hope i help someone.

That's not it. If you have unlocked the skill or have the rune on the sword, you'll have an icon on the bottom left corner by the map, when that's full you can press 2 (or both thumbsticks) to have 20 seconds of unlimited executions.
You don't need the sword to glow, when it glows (every 8 hit-streak) you can perform one execution normally.

Just used this rune now on my first warchief, it's overpowered. I removed it from my sword. Not sure why this ability is in the game. I wish the combat in this game was better also - there is no depth to it. Shame that no company can mimic devil may cry's amazing and balanced combat with many options for versatile finishers/combos.

Otherwise fun game and worth it at this sale price. Good thing I waited though I wouldn't be happy paying full price for a game with it's main mechanic being poor. But not much to expect since people don't like challenging games anymore

Well the three ultimate abilities are supposed to be "dire need" savers. Also, not every warchief is able to be hurt by finishers so against combat masters the sword ultimate is literally useless.
