Would that be a Uruk Hus....? ;-)

Not sure I follow the question. Can you clarify?
is in the game some uruk-hai ? they are upgraded uruks (orcs)
EDITED.

The Uruk Hai are the tall ones that always stand straight.

Mordor Orcs are the shorter ones, who most of the time slouches much like a hunchback.

All of the Orcs that you encounter in this game are Uruk.

The Uruk-Hai are a crossbreed of orcs and goblins, bred by Saruman in Isengard to serve as his army in an attempt to conquer Rohan. Isengard and Mordor are quite far apart and have both Rohan and Gondor between them, as you can see on this map[lotrproject.com]. Since Saruman's plan to defeat Rohan ultimately failed when he lost the battle of Helm's Deep, the Uruk-Hai never made it to Mordor to join Sauron's armies, so there shouldn't be any in this game.

If anyone is interested in the mythology of Middle-Earth and the how and why of the One Ring, here are 2 great videos you can watch on the subject.

Actually...

Sauron created the Uruk-Hai, but they were called "Black Uruks". Saruman improved the Uruk-Hai.

Looks like you're right. The Uruk-hai are the superior warrior class of orcs, who call their lesser brethren snaga (slave). Saruman merely improved upon the Uruk-hai from Mordor when he created his own orc armies. Uruk means Orc in the language of Mordor, and hai means folk or people, so Uruk-hai simply means Orc-folk.

However in the movies the term Uruk-hai is only used to refer to Saruman's special breed of Orcs from Isengard, so I assume OP meant those. And in that case the answer remains the same, that you shouldn't find those in this game.
