dominating a caragor in the hunting challenge

after @ 70 attempts at hitting the "Y", i am a bit sick of this challenge. if it is a timing issue coupled with my crappy pc and lag, i really don't know what to say. i have been able to overcome every issue due to lag so far with strategy and patience...but my patience has run out.

i have had lots of issues with falling through the map and getting stuck in walls, etc., but if i am not able to hit the "Y" button in time due to lag, i think the developers could rethink this challenge a bit.

Only challenge that was difficult for me was the graug one, if you found the dominating caragor one difficult then that one might be impossible for you and it is also a mission you have to do. I have no lag using my controller but you have a fraction of a second to respond to the button that comes up during the graug hunting mission. I find all the other last chance type things easy to do, only miss about 1 out of 5 of the last chance, non of the mounting caragor, and like I said the hunting or mounting caragor is about 1 out of 6 that I can hit correctly. Also the caragor one I think you have to dodge first before he will leap, but I think you know that, just mentioning it just in case.

Mhm. Seems really an issue with you PC specs. Overall the game is much to easy (imho).

my pc suks. got a 360 and completed the game there in about 30% of the time invested in the pc version.

LOL, so the develpoers need to cater to your "crappy pc"?

This is one of the more poorly designed missions. The timing itself isn't difficult, but you have the prompt to press the button in the middle of your screen the whole time, then it disappears just before you need to actually press the button.

And then there's the fact that you already have the first tier ability to mount caragors which is much easier than what you learn in this mission, and after the mission you unlock an even easier method for mounting caragors, so what the heck is the point in having this mission at all?

No, Caragors are easy, at least it won't kill you instantly if you failed the QTE.

So you're saying the developers should pay more attention to problems that don't even exist unless you have a crappy PC? Maybe you should get a job and get a PC that doesn't create problems that you then blame on the developers.
