Well...provide a more detailed situation for WB to look at.

Telling them "game crash for no reason after 5 mins" and just saying thar "all drivers updated" provides very little information.

What are your FULL PC specifications? (Press Windows Key then R and type "dxdiag")
What settings did you change?

Information goes along way rather than acting like a kid throwing their toys out of the pram.

Im not beginer on pc and my work are compuers so for me case is simple i buy game and play not fight with issues if not give my money back - iff 99% games works and this not ... sry its like with Beasts of Pray - they cheat ppl and dont do nothing just steal money...

I buy game i want play not Fight with issues .... and my pc ring is enough for this game.

You should know then that there is no refunds on opened or installed software, has been that way for 35 years. Not just Steam but every avenue in which you purchase software.
