Sauron's Army vanished

Well yeah. I just finished the game and now I don't have access to my Sauron's Army anymore. You can only access it via interrogation, not via map or via options menue. I've read some threads on the issue across the internet, yet it doesn't seem fixed. Flaws an otherwise great game in my opinion, is this problem well known? Is there a fix coming? Hitting the 2 key on the map doesn't do anything anymore and the ESC menue looks like this: i.imgur.com/a26gZkH.jpg Also seems to be a problem on the ps4 version. Is there any help?

Actually haven't heard anything about it. Can't help first hand cause I stopped main missions on last mission and have been running around doing other missions and still have last row of weapon upgrades to get.

One easier thing to do is to access the menue of sauron's army by advancing the time, but it's still sub-optimal...

I just finished it (100% progress). Did everything optional before the last mission. You are not able to access that menu while playing the last few missions - from the moment you got em branded and start it. As soon as you deal with the Black Hand, Orodruin exploding, etc you can access that menu again, after the credits. If not, something must went wrong. Oh, and all orcs are new, at least in my game, everyone branded just vanished and I got 8 power warchiefs... :D

Sorry for the OT but this is strange, after the last mission i still have my warchiefs (i farmed as hell one of them for the last 2 achievements) D: D: D:

Well there seems to be a lot wrong with my safe then. I've seen the credits and I still got no army menue and my warchiefs are the same old dudes... :(

Some suggested to fix save to backup your save, start a new game in same save spot as old one. Then copy your backup back where it was, however have not tried this myself. This was a suggestion for people who's save games would not load.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. If you wouldn't mind could you answer a couple of questions for me?

Can you access it from by going to the Map and tabbing over?

Can you see it during a Battle Report?

If you die/advance time does it appear then? Can you provide any additional info you feel is relevant?

Lastly can you dominate a Captain and let me know if that helps you with your issue?

Hey Donald! Thank you for your response! Sorry, was sleeping over in europe :).

I can't access it from by going to the Map and tabbing over, the key 2 won't do anything, I can hit it as many times as i want it just doesn't tab over :(

However, I can see and access it during a Battle Report. I can also access it during the advancing the time function. This is actually the main "source" of my Sauron's Army opening now, I simply advance the time. And I can also dominate a captain. The game seems fine, it's just not accessible from the Map or the ESC Menue, which is a little inconvenient. I killed all of my dominated warchiefs and had them replaced with new ones, didn't to anything either unfortunately :(.

I have one last suggestion for you, can you do a Power Struggle with any Captain, Dominate them and watch the full Battle Report by pressing [Enter] or [Left] on the directional pad when prompted?

So I created a power struggle, the two uruks fought, one died, I fought the other one, dominated him, killed him and watched the Battle Report. Was that right? Unfortunately, I still didn't get my army back in the ESC Menue :(.

I'm sorry to hear that this didn't fix your issue.

Try these steps:

1. Advance time.
2. Locate a Power Struggle, preferably a Feast.
3. Resolve the Power Struggle by Dominating a Captain.
4. Watch the Battle Report that is prompted.

If these steps don't solve your issue, can you please do the following:
1. Contact our Customer Service team at {LINK REMOVED}support.wbgames.com
2. Tell them which platform you’re playing Shadow of Mordor on (PC, PS4, Xbox One)
3. Let them know the area of the game your issue occurs in
4. What game mode you were in (story, side mission, challenge mode)?
5. If you were using any DLC?
6. How often the issue occurs?
7. Were you able to find any workarounds?
8. Do you have any footage or screenshots of the issue?
9. Any other information you believe to be pertine

Another thing that might be worth trying is dominating a captain, choosing "Gain Intel," and getting intel on a guy - rather than creating a power struggle through the "Command" option.

I already tried this... Didn't work :( So weird that the whole button just disappears!

I do not want to be a Troll of something, but if you guys beat Sauron.. would'nt it be logical that his army dissapears when you kill em all ?
I am still in the first map after all these hours of play, because i enjoy it that much and haven't beaten Sauron yet. If i come up with something, i'll let you know.
