Can someone help me with the start a riot part?

I heve allready brand warchiefs.When i dominate them i cant give the riot command.
There is a other comand "threat".Whe i give a threat command and go to the mission place also nothing happens.
Can someone please help me with this issue?

I can help, what you need to do is hunt down and find your branded warchief, you grab him and press spacebar to dominate him, Once you have done that look to the bottom right and a button should be highlighted to Command your Warchief (right click on the mouse) Once you have done that it will take you to the Sauron's Army Menu, Here you then choose a non-branded warchief and then press spacebar again while hovering over the unbranded warchief, There should be a text written over the head of the unbranded warchief which is Start a Riot.

Once you have started it up you then need to make your way to the Riot area and then activate the mission.

No man it doesnt work like that:whe i grab my warchief its shows
1:death treath (right mous)
2:let him go (button E)
3:gain intel (spacebar)

It shows nothing else.
When i sent a death trath the i must go to mission and start it nothing happens.
I am now searching 3 days for info.
I did everything,i try everything,i almost killed 20 warchiefs so new ones come to his place because the death treats i send to them.

I want to ask you something if you dont mind?
Is death treath same as the riot or is that 2 differant things?
What kind of message must shown on the head of the warchief who start the riot?

Btw, did you already reach Map 2? As far as I know, if still in Map 1, i dont see any command option, only death threat, dismiss and gain intel.
To start a riot, you need to choose "command" option.

I was in map 2 but in map 2 4 warchiefs are brandee by me and 1 warchief have a deathtreath from my warchief.thatsway i get back to map 1 because i killed all the warchiefs in map 1 and there are now new warchiefs.
Its strange but or map 1 or map 2 i cant see no command option.
Are you sure what you explain to me with your first reply is the right order what i must follow?
Maybe i must do 1 more thing before or afther i dominate the warchief?

By map 2 you mean sea of nurnen?From 1 map you go with x to a other map with diffarent landscape

I meant, until i progress to much further in campaign story, i can not use Command option on warchief.

I finish 80 precent of the game.Maybe i must try later.
I am now 2 days only try to finish this riot.

Hoi you are right.I must go further with the main campain and finish "Lady Marwen" part.
Afther that the command option opens,then i can grab one of myn branded warchiefs and give a riot order.I can even give a riot order to a captain,it doesnt matter or the riot order goes to captain or warchief.
