Are there any female Orcs?
How do baby Orcs come to the world? Do they pop up from the ground like in the movie?

uruks are grown in the vats but i dont beleive the common orc is. Uruks are the warriors, there not basic orcs. not sure about this but i dont htink all orcs are grown in vats just the brutes
Uruks aren't grown in vats either. Uruks are the "Black Orcs of Mordor." see Appendix A. in Return of the King. They are strong Soldier Orcs. The Uruk-Hai are Sarumon's breed of Orcs and in the books there's no evidence that even they are grown in vats. Peter Jackson's trilogy gave an example of their creation. There's no such example in the books.

In fact here's an exact quote from Morgoth's Ring. "... his wickedest deed: the interbreeding of Orcs and Men, producing both Men-orcs large and cunning, and Orc-men treacherous and vile." This was discussing Sarumon. Note the words "Interbreeding."

so which ones are grown in the vats then because there the only ones ive ever seen being pulled out the goop

None. That's only in the movies.

Tolkien never mentioned female orcs, but in The Silmarillion he wrote that "the Orcs had life and multiplied after the manner of the Children of Ilúvatar;" and that the wise [Elves] of Eressëa believed that Melkor had created them before the First Age by breeding Elves he had captured and corrupted, by means of torture and mutilation

From the Wiki which takes from the Silmarillion which i have a copy i can check if you guys want to keep arguing. It goes on in the wiki to say that Reebeard believed them to be failed copies of Elfs but Tolkien had said his characters werent omniscient so Treebeards tale may have been only his understanding of it .

The book speculates that various hybrids of Orcs and Men, possibly including the Uruk-hai, are under Saruman's command, including in the Shire. Some of these called "half-orcs" in The Two Towers, were sallow-skinned, squint-eyed and as tall as men. Merry describes them as "horrible: man-high, but with goblin-faces", thus implicitly contrasting them with Orcs and Saruman's Uruk-hai. An account of the first Battle of the Fords of Isen in Unfinished Tales apparently treats Uruk-hai and "orc-men" separately

Also i think you guys should start looking at his sons continuation of Tolkiens works as it sheds more light on some things. An interesting note

Tolkien states that Saruman did interbreed orcs and men, resulting in "Man-orcs large and cunning, and Orc-men treacherous and vile." However, the relationship of the Uruk-hai, as well as half-orcs and "goblin-men", to these creatures is not made explicit.

And in all cases there's no evidence of "Orcs being created in Vats." in the books.

I agree the books seem to imply that Orc women are easy :sr4paul:

Edit or the other way... hmm who says Orc need actual Orc women? seems to me that they are just twisted Elfs or twisted elfs mixed with men or whatever The Evil at that moment felt like interbreeding them with. I think its quite possible that they reproduce through both female Orcs and through forced breeding with the females of other races.
