Try it again if you believe your gpu can ran it.
- Install latest DirectX from "<your Steam Directory>\steamapps\common\ShadowOfMordor\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010\DXSETUP.exe"
- Install latest Driver from GeForce.com
- Go to desktop > right click > nvidia control panel > 3D settings > manage 3d settings > set the graphics processing unit to "High-performance Nvidia Processor"

Dont anderstand me wrong but that videocard is not a gaming card.u can use it for to play games but you get everything low.You can put on game everything on high but your videocard dont gonna run it the game on hard.You gonna see on your screen een crapy image.
There are some games that runs with every card but this game is not one of those games.
You've had the problem answered for you 5 times in this thread. Your system is using your Intel HD graphics on the game. You need to set it to use the GeForce card instead of Intel.
like i said i my orignal post, i've looked in the control panel, i don't get any option to change the graphics card there
