Can i run it with Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz, GeForce GTX 660, 4GB of DDR2 ram.

IIt's not the processor that worries me, it's the RAM. 4GB probably isn't going to do it, I would fear that your game will constantly stutter when you run into a mob of 10+ enemies(this happens frequently in game) so it would be a battle of frustrations.

Might be worth checking out some more youtube videos with 4gb ram, just to make sure you would be happy with it.

I have 4 GB of ddr2 (!!!) and with a q9400 can play it alright on low (with medium textures). Go for it imho.

Do you have 64Bit windows installed? If so, you'll probably be just fine.
