Please help me this might make be able to run the game!!

so this is what ive think is the problem, the only issue is idk how to do that

click start menu, type in dxdiag and run it.

i think the issue is Direct3D, is says thats the issue when i run dxdiag

check your dx11 and graphics card drivers are up to date and try again.

graphics card is, how do i run DxDiag with the "dontskip" command, it crashes everytime i open it, it says it has to do with the Direct3D thing
