Why buy a game that only has 20 to 30 hours of gameplay??
Why would I waste my money on a game you will finish so quickly?? Like whats the point of paying for this. I would rather spend my money on something that will last more than 20 to 30 hours.

I only paid $31 for this game so 30+ hours is good enough.
If you expect all games to have that much gameplay, which for me it looks like this will have more, then you are going to be greatly dissapointed by most game releases in the future. I was most disappointed by one of the God of War games that came out I finished it with 100% in 4 hours.
This game actually has UNLIMITED gameplay.

Because thats way you support a game that brings original content instead supporting a games that copy paste itself every year? (CoD, Assassins Creed, Battlefield)

You have awesome new features here:
1. Build an army of Orcs. Then decide their fate and plan your attacks with them on other orcs.
2. Unlike Castlevania where you dominate a beast and decide to unmount it, the hero of Shadow of Mordor DOES NOT kill it. You decide if it lives or not. You can create a little army of beats and just attack everything you want.
3. The Nemesis system that changes constantly. After you finish 3/4 of the game it gives you to dominate Orcs and make them your allies.

By buying this product you show the developers that you like their product and all the new inovations are apreciated by the gaming community.
If you decide to not buy it - you support Activision, Dice, and Ubisoft.
Killing orcs over and over that appears always in the same spot you left them??( I dont actually know how it works but I imagine orcs just spawn in the same spots they're supposed too) I would think it gets repetetive by reading those features sure it's cool at first... and this game is kind of a copy/paste it's very similiar to a assasin creed fighting system for what I've seen aswell as arkham sure there's always a first and we presume they're copies of that first but still it seems very similiar to the copy and paste and nonthing too special or particulary too "unique" in my eyes.

Like Spawk said before me everyone has games they like. I personally would never play Team Fortress 2, Mount and Blade, or Civilization even if it was offered to me for free.

Even so, I still don't see anything great about the game I don't really see any fasinating quality look's like a game you go around killing orcs and doing quest sure they are probaly some unique things about it but nonthing particulary interesting... I don't understand how this game got so many great reviews when it'll probally be out of everyones minds and another game nobody will ever play again after a couple months or so.

So what? If this doesn't sound good to you then don't buy it. I like it, my friends like it and a ton of other people like it. It looks good, gameplay is refreshing thanks to the nemesis system, trials are fun to do every once in a while. I will make 100 hours over time on this for sure.

If that's nothing for you then move along and wait for a game that's more to your liking.

I've definitely sank 52+ hours into this game, only paid $37.50 on GMG. I have got every bit of my money's worth. If you want a game that is going to grant you 500+ hours of gameplay, then about the only game that comes to mind is Civilization or an MMORPG or something to that extent. This is a single player game, and if you rush through it, of course you're going to complete it quickly. A good example of another single player game that game be beaten in a couple of days that received TONS of amazing reviews would be "Bioshock Infinite."

Yeah we each have our own opinions, I would think everyone and I mean everyone would prefer a more long more in depth game a game made to be still frankly playable at the end though.. but heck what do I know. Like mount and blade for instance that definetely has been made to play endless hours of and so fourth... Red dead redemption for instance, it has a somewhat short story but I never got tired of running around and being an awesome cowboy. When I got bored of the singleplayer I would play online free roam and never got tired of it, then I would switch to singleplayer and do randon stuff.

You know nothing..... Not orcs but Uruks, and they spawn randomly across the map, some are walking around with human slaves, captains wander through the wilds, they have strongholds etc. It's assassins creed stealth combined with Arkham combat taking place in the LotR universe.

Nothing ''Unique''? The nemesis system is the reason this game got praised so much. A lot of games are going to get inspiration out of this. Enemies get promoted when they kill you, there are struggles among the ranks of captains and warchiefs, you can threathen them, betray them and decapitate them. There is an ENTIRE hierarchy that shifts throughout the game depending on your actions. THAT"S UNIQUE

If you think its a waste then just walk away and go spend your money on somthing else that is more suited to your own tastes. I personally got my monies worth already and will continue to do so for a while I expect but its not my job to convince you to buy things so /shrugs

You complain about this game being repetitive and lacking depth... and then cite Mount and Blade as a great game that is good to be played for hundreds of hours. ROFLMAO! You have no idea what you are talking about.

Alot of people mention this "nemesis system" and how good it is, I should look into it sometime.

Dont bother. It will be too sophisticated for you to figure out, used to the simplistic gameplay Mount & Blade as you are.

Depends on how quickly you beat it. I'm hardly on the story. I do some story, then do some Power Struggle missions, then also just explore the game world and find runes. Then go back to story when feel like starting up again. I'm just taking my time and not rushing. It all depends how quickly you are.

Well, that'll limit your options quite a bit, but if you'd rather buy a longer game, go ahead and buy a longer game.
Personally, I think there's a lot more to deciding if a game's worth the money than just it's length, but it's your coin so spend it on whatever you want.
