Wraith Flash & Burn combo?

Anyone notice that half the time it works amazingly, and half the time it doesn't work? Is there some sort of timing involved, or does it just not work on full-health Uruk?

I've found it to be inconsistent as well, though i haven't played around with it that much. I notice orcs sometimes recover from flash before i release burn... Surely there is a timing during, or just after, flash to activate burn.

Also, flash becomes more powerful the higher the combo u have.

there are also runes thats can extend the time everyones stunned for that helped me

Yup, just got the sword epic rune that does that. Now this combo works every time.
