When do you think we will get an open world RPG in the LOTR universe?

So when I first saw gameplay of this game I knew it was going to be alot like the Arkham games but was hoping the story would be RPG-esque.. it's not. The story was so mediocre in this game and the gameplay gets dull after about 15-20 hours, still had an amazing time playing it for those 15-20 hours and the nemesis was great in the beginning of the game, but I enjoy most games for their story especially when it comes to LOTR and this game just left me a "meh" feeling by the ending.

Do you ever think we will get a Skyrim open world RPG that takes place in the LOTR universe.. because I'm dying for one.
