Drain from Above

I got a rune that gives me a 43% chance to regen 50 health if I "Drain from Above". I cannot say I have ever seen an option to drain a monster when I am on a ledge above him. Does this mean when I knock them to the ground mid combat I should see an option to drain?

You can drain anytime you are close enough to enemy, don't know keyboard and mouse key but on controller you hold down B on XBOX controller. Never did it from above though.

You dont hold B from above, you do a stealth drain from above

On the keyboard it is E.
If I remember right the option may not be open in the very early game, so you may have to wait until that power is unlocked

All that happens when I try to drain from above is that my characters drops down. It's on the same button. I'm assuming you need stealth drain to make this work.
