I would guess the ps4 is at 1080 with what the pc callst Medium to High settings. Most likely Medium. I also hear the ps4 is unlocked at 60 fps but has alot of frame drops when heavy action is happening. Ultra settings on PC are pointless because you can't see any difference unless you are possibly playing on a 4k monitor. With my 770 I get 60 fps solid when setting everything on high with a 1080 monitor minus a few 5 - 10 frame drops when explosions happen close by or activating the wratih mode. This is barely noticable unless you are purposfully watching for it and most likely will get better or will be completely fixed with patches and new drivers. All in all this game is excellently made for PC. Of course newer hardware will obtain higher frames but if you are a bit dated on that end just cap that mutha at 30.

Just want to throw this out in case someone is getting the wrong idea: Console versions of games typically have customized settings that may or may not even be available/adjustable on the PC version, you can't always directly compare the two. Also of note is the fact that games are more efficient on a console by nature (lower-level coding allows for this), so you can't look at the specs of the PS4, the settings on it, and then expect a PC with similar specs to perform the same. It's amazing how many people think you can do that and get an accurate result.

Digital Foundry and Durante (Guy who made fixes for Dark Souls 1 & 2) figured out the "settings" the consoles run at, or are at least close too. Both PS4 & XB1 are also locked to 30 FPS.

| PS4 | XB1
Resolution | 1080 | 900
Vegetation | medium | low
Textures | high | high
LOD distance | medium | medium
Shadows | high | medium
AO | high | high

Formatting is a bit messed up, but you get the idea. The difference between the PS4 and XB1 is the vegetation, shadows, and of course the resolution.
