How do I Brutalize?

I've had to retry this "Legendary" quest for the daggers and I'm tasked to Brutalize the orc (Bonus objective is 5 stealth kills, easily enough), but every time I stealth kill him, it's a "Mission Failed" with "Target was not brutalized!" I don't understand. I'm following the ability instructions (I unlocked it a long time ago, I thought it just 'upgraded' my stealth kills to give me combos).

I'm not sure what's going wrong?

the normal stealth kill is left shift+left clic

the brutalise is left shift+right clic

like rathergeekystuff said when you are in stealth mod you just have to press right clic once (don't press it to long just clic ^^)

Ok, so in this game I'm terrible. Not so much of the game difficulty causing this, but the controller issues. I just can't get off any kind of moves fast enough to get them through.
I can't get very far at all each session. The fun is just sucked right out of it.
Why can't you work up a patch for Logitech rumble-pads?

It's just like the Batman Arkham games. You need to counter A LOT or prepare to die very quickly.

I just right-click a lot to chain-block anything coming along.

when you are in stealth mod and you look at the enemy he should be all red when you can perform a stealth kill , there you have to clik on the right button , make sure you actually purchased the brutalize option

Have the skill for "Brutilize" and when holding stealth, Press your counter button

For me it's Right Trigger and Y, It's essentially a stealth kill that involves WAAAY more blood.

Yea, I got it a while ago. Thanks for the tip, didn't know I had to right-click for it.

I've been having the same problem with brutalize. I have the skill and each time I stealth on a target whether in a challenge or normal, when I press the right mouse button my bow pops out even if I am right on top of the target. And yes, I have the left ctrl pressed prior. Just no clue why it doesn't work even though the skill shows as an option. Thanks for any suggestions.
