Only mod i would like so far is the abilty to adjust the FOV when sneaking and walking around, seems a little to close the the character.

I highly doubt it as they have mentioned nothing about mod tools. Just hoping the DLC will be good.

if you want to adjust FoV download Flawless Widescreen or Widescreen Fixer, you can adjust visuals with tools like SweetFX
