lol i was the opposite, hated it on K+M but found it perfect on controller heheh
Now I usually only play games with Mouse&KB so my aim and reaction time on controllers is horrible, but it flows better. The prompts feel better and work well for the most part.
After I switched to Mouse&KB I had to readjust the keybindings several times over until I found an overlay that suits me. Putting things such as Combat Chain Finisher on the 1,2,3,4, and Grab&Drain on Q&E respectively to have easier access to everything.
What annoys me most about Mouse&Keyboard though is that sometimes it feels way too sensitive, I had the camera jerk around, and have some problems with Sneaking/Finishers as they share a key and sometimes I just crouch in the middle of a fight when I want to execute someone.
TL;DR: Both work, both have their own disadvantages. Definitely pick Controller if you are comfortable with the aiming and controls, keyboard suffers from the usual "too many actions on one key"-Syndrom that it get from the controller bindings.
I usually avoid playing third-person games in controller, as I suck at aiming with analog stick and get lost easily when looking vertically, but it felt easy right away after trying, specially because I picked it to play right after finishing Ryse: Son of Rome, which has a somewhat similar control scheme.
I played all earlier Batman Arkham games on KB+Mouse, but after Ryse and Mordor, I'll surely play Arkham Knight on Controller right away.
