im thinking of getting it for a friend . iv played it and its a great game but i dont know if the gore is just to much.,..... the age rating in NZ is R 13 but i still dont know... any advice?

This game is very violent, even though it does not have blood, they use a black / brown effect for that, but with the lobbing of heads off and all that i would not get it for him...
