Easily unlocked 100fps frame cap.
Under \USER NAME\Documents\WB Games\Shadow of Mordor\
Open file "render.cfg"
Edit line 6 to "Render.Setting.FrameRateLimit" "3.000000"
Then run the game.
I'm running average of about 135fps which is nice with a 120Hz monitor.
Settings all on ultra with textures on high.

Specs:
3770K @5Ghz
2 EVGA GTX780 Hydrocopper Cards in SLI
16GB RAM

Been playing with the cap off for about 4 hours now and I notice there are some weird screen flickers and visual anomalies, so maybe there is some truth to the developers saying its an engine limitation. Around 85% of the issues happen only in the menus, other 15% is during turning every once in a while.

Thanks for the help.
I will try this now.
At the very least it will be helpful for benchmarking!

I have a 144 Hz monitor and with "3.000000" i get 144 fps in cutscenes. (I can't get higher then 122 fps on lowest setting, not including resolution.)
Response from Feral -

The unlimited option is actually not 100% accurate and this was also an issue in the Windows version. Please see the following thread if you wish to manually unlock this:

The file that you are looking for in the Linux version is through ~/.local/share/feral-interactive/shadowofmordor/appdata/WBgames/Shadow of Mordor

Please note that this is not an officially supported method, so any issues when using it would not be investigated, but we would not think there will be too many issues.

This method breaks the mission in which you ride caragors, the dwarf won't get on his caragor

Doesn't work for unlocking the FPS on the cut scenes for me, which is the only place I can't get 60 FPS.

Can confirm; pretty annoying. Hopefully that's the only bug.
