Nameless Things - Sword Legend Quest - Ghul Matron

Yea, I'm having a lot of trouble bringing down this heifer. I can clear the first three rooms no problem and get her to about 40% but its when the final wave of ghuls come pouring in that I have a lot of trouble finishing her off and end up dying from low health. Any tips? I've tried gathering the herbs inside the cave for health inbetween waves but there's barely enough time to do that. Should I just focus on Wraith Flashing everything or what?

NEVERMIND! Managed to get her down with many vaullts and arrows lol

Having problems too, maybe the most difficult quest I tried till now. Its even easier to kill three bosses in a row. I failed even with full health, two herbs and 6 arrows even with urfaels storm spamming, because beside the ultimate, you get interrupted all the time (already skilled only 5 hits needed).
Hey, its a sword quest, a little bit of fail if the only way to kill this matrone is to maximise your bow...

The fifth sword quest was giving me issues. They introduced berserkers, had spear guys, and several with shields as well. Four new captains were created from that quest before I decided to wait and come back to it. :)

run back out of the room into the room where all the ghuls come out .. you can build up your combo counter very easy there (especially when only 5 needed).. then just spam "R" until its dead .. maybe some arrows and sword hits if you have time

Trust me, this is BY FAR the hardest quest so far I've played. I died a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 10 times before I got her finally! I did it eventually by just spamming Wraith Flashes. TEN TIMES! At least this gave a chance to the captains to level up!

if you have problem do this quest later on and when have fire arrow it gets easy, 2 fire arrow did i against a matron (random one for hunter challenge :) )

I did mine rather early on. So yeah, later should be easier. Much easier.

I managed to lure it out by itself, remember that it is the ONLY creature that you can't hide from.. remember that folks.

It seems that Wraith Flash is the most effective attack against her. To build up my hit count, I just spammed Left Click and Spacebar for the entire battle. It's a lot easier spamming the Spacebar than to use it properly.

I move back to map 1, go to their nest that located in the open.
Build my combo and kill the matron in 1 hit finishing move.
Its more difficult to hunt rats for me...=.=
Edit: Probably because I had "One with Nature" rune this quest seem easy.

(I know this is an old post, but hey)
I tried a few time before i killed it. After killing the smaller ones, i ate some herb and ran outside the cave (the quest area is quite big). I found that it was much easier fighting it outside behind the big rock, since there is a lot of space to move on, to quickly kill the smaller ones :)

I can't beat her whatsoever. I have tried absoloutley everything. Sneaking up on her, rushing her, shooting her with arrows, throwing knives, etc. I have tried vaulting then attacking and vaulting and attacking, but she just hits me whenever I press space. I just want a cooler looking sword!
