Why are they saying goblins in moria and everywhere else thay call them orcs? and the goblins in the hobbit dont look like orcs at all.

There's Snaga, Uruks, and Black Uruks in this game. Goblins are a different breed of orc living in the Misty Mountains; Uruk-Hai are a special breed of orc created by Saruman specifically, and only appear during the Third Age.
