If using KB + M, it's just the standard stealth kill but with right click. The animation is more violent and can scare enemies nearby, it also gives you a head start on the Hit Streak. You just need to make sure that the skill is unlocked in Abilities, on the second row for the Ranger side. Try it on some enemies that are oblivious/have their back turned, you should get it working. If it doesn't work, I have no idea.

Yeah i found what i did wrong i was not fast enough, i held in RM.
