3440x1440 Ultra on a GTX 980 and 50 frames average.
The 6gb VRAM that was needed for ULTRA is a myth.
I get 5 more frames with my 980 compared to my 780ti, but it isn't really noteworthy.
No Vsync, there isn't any tearing aswell.
Yeah, we need to wait for a VRAM hack using Flawless Widescreen Fixer. Didn't even notice those small bars. Lining up the safe area doesn't work for me either, have you tried?
I can't believe those requirements unless it is for 4k?
LAWL! I'd say you're slightly above mid range.
I don't think it's bottlenecking. I get the same framerates with the i7 5930k. It even handles the 980 in dual SLI in the same way. In Quad however I see the framerates fluxuate on the i7 930.
Yeah you'll be right. I did some research after I made that post, and found that the i7 9 series are still going strong, maybe another 10 years life in it yet lol.
It is the oldest i7 series, I'm also very suprised at how good the i7's hold up.

Without the HD textures I pressume, it gave my single 980 a dent in performance (50fps average). But the game still looks stunning without the HD textures.
