Will there be Mod support?

Only if there are actual modders who decide to mod the game. It would be nice if it had a robust modding community like Skyrim but I doubt Monolith is going to release a toolkit... actually just thinking about it there is so much potential in modding this game with simple things like how challenges work and what not.

A fair amount of new released games comes modable atm. Don't always have to have a full on creation kit to tweak stuff. Mainly hoping this game will be ENB and SweetFX compatible at release, other mod support can come at any later time, though I doubt it will happen considering how protective the tolkien foundation is at their franchise. I mean this game originally was in development as a skyrim mod, untill they shut them down and hired them lol.

I think it will be modable to a certain degree, i.e. only graphics mods with textures and what Hitom was saying like ENB and SweetFX programs.

Offical mod support will depend on developer and publisher if they ever think about it down the line.
