Do NOT attempt it, I'm just warning you, it's only gonna lead to heartbreak. You'll waste 50$ and you wont be able to get a refund.

An intel HD will not. Period. There is no hope. Stop feeding him "if it can do this, then..." It wont.
That's all there is to it. Again, I'm sorry, but I'm being honest with you here. You cannot upgrade a graphics card in a laptop (rarely you can, but yours doesn't even have a slot for a dedicated graphics card, you only have the internal chip.) as the graphics cards are soddered onto the board itself.

To top it off, you cannot even purchase laptop video cards from consumer sites like Nvidia or AMD.

Either upgrade to a new rig, or get in on consoles.
Stop listening to these people telling you otherwise.

Seriously OP, just scrounge like $500 together and build yourself a desktop; gaming on laptops is just a waste of money. Check out Logical Increments for something that suits your budget.

You will only loose in the end

Cancel your preorder and after release if someone has played it using the graphics card then buy it as your going to loose money

... Ughh I just read he is keeping it anyways.
These are the type of people who will be first on the forums complaining on Day-0 that "The game runs like ♥♥♥♥ and is a terribly optimized game."

Stupid, idiotic, ignorance at its best.

While I agree there are people that do that...
More often these days games ARE horribly optimised on PC.

I havn't been playing many AAA titles these days but one of the best optimised games I've played in a while was hitman absolution. I didn't even need to use my gaming PC to play it.

Maxed it out on my laptop on an external monitor at 1920x1080.
I feel like PC developers arn't as skilled or pasionate as the ones of yesteryear.

Thanks for the explinations. I'm not going to return Shadow of mordor because I want this game if it doesn't run well I'll have it stored in my account untill I get a computer that can. I'm not going to be pissed or start critizising. It just means that it's a high quality graphics gameand I'll need a better computer I can wait to play it till then.

Have a good one guys!

Well Comparing Dark Souls 2 and ME:SoM System requirements... Shadow of Mordor Asks for 3gb Ram and DS asks for 2gb ram on minimum reqs... Everything else is pretty much the Same....
These are the minimum system requirements for Dark Souls II:

Processor: Intel® Pentium Core ™ 2 Duo E8500 3.17Ghz[www.cpubenchmark.net]
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® 9600GT[www.videocardbenchmark.net]

These are the minimum system requirements for Shadow of mordor:

Processor: Intel Core i5-750, 2.67 GHz[www.cpubenchmark.net]
Memory: 3 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460[www.videocardbenchmark.net]

I've made it so you can click on the CPU and GPU requirements to see how they roughly stack up against each other. I've left out the AMD requirements for convenvience. As you can see, they are not at all 'pretty much the same'.

So much lack of knowledge.....why did you even consider getting this on PC? Just get a PS4 or bone version.

comparing the theoretical bandwidth of your card with the GTX 570 (which is said to run the game with low textures and everything else on medium @60 fps)
your card has a theoretical memory bandwidth of ~25 GBps, the GTX 570 has ~150 GBps

Or you could cancel your pre order and buy the game once you have a PC that can run it. Chances are it'll be cheaper.
