What happened to Lithtech?

Does anyone know what happened to the Lithtech engine? At least, Wiki indicates this game uses it too.
Seems like it was big at one point, now it doesn't even get a credit anywhere, and the other company that seemed to handle licensing is nowhere to be found anymore.

Monolith Made the Lithtech engine with Microsoft. After they got he rights they sold it out using their subsidiary Touchdown Entertainment (originally LithTech). They used it for all of their games (near as I can tell).

Can't find Touchdown Entertainment business information anymore so I assume something happened, and now Monolith develops it in house, or at least that is what I gathered from a Michael De Plater interview.

Does Monolith give any acknowledgement to their engine name or legacy anymore?
I don't think I saw any such thing in the FEAR games, maybe the last was Tron 2.0.

What do you mean by what happened to Lithtech? Its latest version used in Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor.
