Why does this game look n feel a lot like Assassin's Creed?

Because it's obviously heavily inspired by it. The big premise of the game is assassinating Orc captains as well. The combat is a lot like the Arkham games too. They've taken mechanics from a few popular games and put a LOTR spin on it.

I'm fine with this though. It looks very high quality and the mechanics seem to have been implemented really well, so whatever. Definitely buying it.

I love AC and this game does take a lot of the ideas (freedom of movement, and the air assassinate, even the powers, are invluenced by the poweres in Tyrany of King Washington DLC for AC3). And the combat looks a lot like Batman, mixed a bit with Witcher 2. BUT are any of lease meaning the game is going to be bad? The setting looks great, the gameplay looks hella fun, the story looks like it's going to be epic. The voice acting is pretty good, from what I have heard. Games are allowed to take ideas from others. Look at Titanfall, a mix of CoD and a simple mech game. With a bit of Mirrors Edge thrown in, and it's fun (but the fun wears out quickly grated).

Peeps these days are more eager to find faults than pros in a game, cant blame them :) I my self pre-ordered due to many previews answering to many questions that weighted in my mind like the frame rates & port/optimized :) 60 frames per second and 1080p & fully optimized!

I agree. When its announced that the game will be reviewed 4 days early people aren't hopeful toward the game, instead they bash the game for not having PC review copies.

Game has been showing off its new AI feature the nemesis system and all i see here is why does it look like assassins creed. So I kind of can't tell the trolls from the legit questions if this was a legit question.

Yup exactly like AC, well except for the combat... and the magic... and the death mechanics,,, and the Nemesis system... and the way the open world quests work... and the graphics... and the lore. Other than those MAJOR differences it's probably exactly the same ;)
