Not really.
Nothing really new, but little tougher enemies.
I don't like the smokey/firey graphic with flying ashes, but I do like the better armor of the orcs.
The challange of the ring is more boring. I didn't get the achievment because there can go wrong much by chance.
Runes possible now till lvl30, but I have all epics, so what...?

The boss fight was little more than QTE in the original story. Only you mash F instead of on-screen prompt.
This guys should get a lesson on making interesting bosses from Platinum Games.

The good
- You get to know the story of Celembrimbor
- A few more collectibles lore-friendly
- More orcs in the whole map, they are stronger too and everyone has cooler looking armors, even archers look a bit more badass.
- The campaign is more challenging than the main and Lord of the hunt, finally some real difficulty.
- Captains and warchiefs are stronger than before
- You get a quite challenging and epic fight in the end, but nothing too great

The bad:
- Once you finish the DLC you cannot have more warchiefs on it (?). Its not confirmed since I have only completed it once, maybe I'm wrong.
- It does not innovate much, everything is pretty much the same than the main campaign, except for a darker atmosphere and reskins of enemies and yourself.
- The objectives of missions might seem repetitive at some point, but the dlc is focused on branding so...

My veredict:
- Buy it if you love Middle Earth and the stories that come from it, if you are a big fan, this dlc will bring some nice lore-friendly content.
- Buy it if you think its not a lot of money and would like to have some new missions, and a harder campaign.
- Do not buy it if you doubt too much whether you will enjoy it or not.

I was very disappointed by how short it was and how little they added. Took me two hours to beat, didn't seem worth it. All the cutscenes are recycled from the main game. And all the "new" powers are also just powers you had that are slightly tweaked. Not worth the money, but if you don't care about the money its just more of the same.

The thing that I really liked is that I got to learn Celebrimbor's story, as well as ''feeling'' it through the dlc.

This for the most part.

I was dissapointed overall though; it felt more rushed than Lord of the Hunt.

Like a cash in dlc?

I wouldn't say cash in DLC, but I think they got most of the potential they could out of the game by now I suppose. You can only rehash the nemesis system, so many times really. What I felt was a bit lacking in the Bright Lord was the fact that very few new captains would respawn when you killed a bunch. It severely limited the nemesis system on the whole really. One of the more fun things I think this game has to offer is the RNG orcs hehe. Would also have been a nice thing to get a open ended play like with the Lord of the Hunt DLC, even though i guess the end of the DLC does not allow this.
