Weird and annoying camera lockup/extreme auto aim issue?

I've just started playing the game and when I stealth kill an enemy the camera seems to lock in the direction it was facing for a second or so and I can only really walk in that direction before it snaps out of it. It also seems like sometimes the camera swings in the direction of the spot I marked on the map and also only lets me move in that direction. That also seems to fix itself after a second or so. Any one else experienced this?
