Report a translation problem
- If he's a Warchief, try assigning as many branded bodyguards as you can, so they can fight alongside you.
- If he's not a Warchief, I think you can assign just one branded Captain on a mission against him.
-- Level up your branded orcs to max before you do the attempt.
- During the fight, focus on branding orcs, in an attempt to swarm him.
- There is an Epic rune for the Dagger that gives you immunity against poison. I think it's from a DLC, do take a look if you have it.
If it's not too much hassle, I'd like to request a screenshot of your problematic orc's Strenghts/Weaknesses screen, in case I can spot any other way.

Indeed sometimes the game creates an orc that is a grind to take down, I myself am not patient enough to try to lure them to fires, etc if they aren't in the immediate vicinity, but prefer to swarm them with branded instead.
