They can't just expect people to look up wonder woman on internet without seeing something solid.
It needs to be elder scrolls or GTA 6 to make it happen.
Yikes the studio went under, that sucks. But that also means the patent owner could re-implement a similar system since I doubt they had the rights to the code which I doubt many publishers get access to. If Warner Bros games went under then that patent could get sold off to another company that might actually put it to use. If WB has no plans to implement the system in any other games, they might just sell it off as well given I don't think their financials are very good right now.
It's a lot.
However, the terms of the patent are highly specific and anybody could implement their own Nemesis System so long as they study the terms closely.
On the Shadow Of.. games.. I've played and beaten them both twice to 100%. Platinum Mordor on PlayStation, but when I wanted to redo on PC I just played the base game 100% so I could get into the meatier Shadow of War.
The games are awesome, and will truly stand the test of time. In 2036 the Nemesis System will still feel new and innovative. Kinda like how Sims reigned supreme for as long as it has, and only now are other competitors coming to the market.
