Methods:
1) Let other enemies weaken Graug, lure near an explosive, use bow (I had Detonate then).
2) Let other enemies weaken Graug, dance in and out with head shots, melee hit, and evade.
3) Dominate multiple Caragors, park them nearby (ride one), lure Graug, use head shots.
Problems:
Graug will extinguish fire pits with stomp, stay away until time for the killing blow.
Others tend to steal the kill more often than not.
Sword damage is pitiful, since it is hard to charge up the crit-meter in all the chaos.
Mixing other enemies with Caragors and Graug gets too crazy, best to isolate in stages.
The mounted Caragor can't bite the Graug, only free roaming ones, but riding is more mobile.
Tips:
Reload at central tower in first area until Graug spawns. There is a caged Caragor across the bridge, and wild ones in area after progressing quests. Fire pit is below the bridge.
Some Runes may be helpful to improve damage.
------------
Edit: 1 free-range Caragor mixed with enemies worked last night, but it was very lucky no enemies stole the kill.
