You can't manually control Uruks, if you mean turning them to your side, then you will be given a tutorial on how to do this when you get the ability.

If you mean commands... You can't do that either, there's simply an option to kill them all instantly (needs to be unlocked) and 'activation' where you basically put them into an aggression mode.

Thanks, I explore the runes.

By default, the keyboard commands are I to tell all nearby branded Uruks to attack other Uruks, and K to instantly kill all nearby branded Uruks and/or beasts. However, if you aim your bow at a branded Uruk, you can press Q to command him to attack other Uruks, or press E to kill him. These functions allow you to concentrate commanding/killing your branded uruks to only one Uruk at a time.

Is there a rune on the control of orcs you have to activate it? I walked inventory and I have not found anything, my English is minimal, translated through Google translate, I apologize for it.

if I understand you correctly, it's an ability that you unlock by progressing through the game....It's called Branding.
Exactly, Branding is an ability granted by progressing through the story, not Runes. However, even if an enemy has all four immunities (combat attacks, ranged attacks, beasts and stealth) that doesn't mean that using Branded Uruks is your only means of beating him. Other ways of damaging an enemy can include causing explosions or poisoning Grog barrels.

However, that's not all. Let me tell you about one of the most powerful secrets this game has: using an enemy's Fears. When an enemy is exposed to something that he's afraid of and becomes terrified, his immunities are nullified. Got a Combat Master who's afraid of Caragors? Break open a Caragor cage or shoot some bait near him. If you manage to catch up to him before he runs away (and regains his immunities, forcing you to find and scare him again) you can just whale on him with your now-useful combat attacks until he dies.

If you can't terrify your opponent, you can still weaken him using other methods until you're able to grab him (his icon turns green). Once you've grabbed him, you can shank him repeatedly, throw him off of a high ledge, or Dominate him (which also gives you the option to gain Intel; Captains and Warchiefs can have Intel extracted from them just as Worms do).

if it's an orc that isn't a required kill for advancing the story, I suggest comming back for it later. branded soldiers definitely make those fights far easier.

now if he has any fears, exploit them and those invulnerabilities will be gone. easy kill then.
