If you mean commands... You can't do that either, there's simply an option to kill them all instantly (needs to be unlocked) and 'activation' where you basically put them into an aggression mode.
However, that's not all. Let me tell you about one of the most powerful secrets this game has: using an enemy's Fears. When an enemy is exposed to something that he's afraid of and becomes terrified, his immunities are nullified. Got a Combat Master who's afraid of Caragors? Break open a Caragor cage or shoot some bait near him. If you manage to catch up to him before he runs away (and regains his immunities, forcing you to find and scare him again) you can just whale on him with your now-useful combat attacks until he dies.
If you can't terrify your opponent, you can still weaken him using other methods until you're able to grab him (his icon turns green). Once you've grabbed him, you can shank him repeatedly, throw him off of a high ledge, or Dominate him (which also gives you the option to gain Intel; Captains and Warchiefs can have Intel extracted from them just as Worms do).
now if he has any fears, exploit them and those invulnerabilities will be gone. easy kill then.
