Why is this game so damn demanding?
I play MGS V and Battlefield 4 on high or ultra without my computer making any noise, but when I play Shadow of Mordor, my computer sounds like a jet engine, even on low and medium?
Why the heck is this happening, this game isn't that gorgeous?

Doesn't make my fans make noise (only increased noise your system should make) or overload my GPU, only game out of the 150+ games I own that does is Dragon Age Inquisition for some reason (increased fan, increased heat). I however do not have a 6 GB GPU (mine's only 3GB) so I don't have the HD package installed and don't run textures at utra settings, I however do have all other settings set at ultra.

I just don't get why this game makes my computer go crazy, I run a GTX 770 and I5-4570 3.2 Ghz :D
Shouldn't be that demanding :)

It is JUST fan noise right? In this day and age hard drives don't make noise unless they are going out, and yes they can do it on one game and not on others when they do start to go out.

It's just the fans, generally the air gets hot.
But it doesn't when playing BF4 or MGS V?
That's the weird thing. :D

Some games make some cards run hotter than others. My card isn't as powerful/fast as yours but has more memory, it's a Sapphire HD 7950 3GB and it has no problems with this game but Dragon Age Inquistion overheats my GPU like crazy when no other game does, and I have seen people with less powerful cards not having that issue with DA:I.

Yeah, I guess I'll have to live with it :)
It doesn't make much sense though :D

A lot of the times it doesn't have to do with this game having better graphics than that game, but what type of game engine the game uses.

I always know if a game is overloading/overworking my card because the Sapphire HD 7950 has a efficient (I guess I would call it) cooling system. Even with DA:I my GPU doesn't actually GET hot, the card however vents the hot air off of the GPU and vents it INTO the computer case making the actual computer hot so I instantly know if it is overworking my GPU. I really have to think of a way to redirect that hot air outside of my computer case because eight computer fans doesn't cool case down enough.

Yeah, MGS is also awesomely optimized!
So it might be the engine that's a bit heavier on the computer :D

Nothing is wrong with your pc, you have to accept it, or lower the details.

MGS5 runs well in my sister's sh*tty laptop.

With the settings on low/medium and with the LoD pushed to ultra, I got performances on par/better than the last gen versions. For perspective; her laptop is so bad, it can't even run stepmania with a stable framerate.

So, believe me, being able to run MGS5 well is no great achievement.

BF4 on ultra stable is an achievement though, or Dead Rising 3, Dying Light and so on :D
It's not the hardware, i'm fairly certain!

Demanding? It's not "demanding" at all. the "recommended" GPU's were released 3-4 frigging years ago.

I play MGS V and Battlefield 4 on high or ultra without my computer making any noise,

How other games perform has no bearing on how any other game will or should. That said, neither of those games have very demanding requirements either.

but when I play Shadow of Mordor, my computer sounds like a jet engine, even on low and medium?

clearly something is wrong with your computer.

What are your system specs? Do you meet/exceed the requirements?
Is your OS, all drivers and redistributables up to date?
Is the system and any other firmware up to date?
Any other open running programs?
Any error messages?
What settings are you using? have you tried changing them?
Have you done a game cache integrity check?
removed/reinstalled?
Installed on another PC?

You have no idea if that's true or not.

sorry, but I'm simply not going to just take your word for it. If you can't provide more details, then we can't help you.
