Application load error V:0000065432 at launch [SOLVED]

This is the kind of issue that happens for no apparent reason: yesterday this gamed worked fine, today not.
I actually already solved this issue for now, but I'll write this discussion just FYI.

Solution:
- wait for Steam to complete current downloads (?)
- quit any Steam related process
- launch Steam again
- launch game

I had this issue recently, I think it was caused because I was still logged into my desktop with steam at home, while I was trying to run steam on my laptop. I used teamviewer to pull up task manager on my desktop and killed steam bootstraper, and restarted steam on my laptop. That solved this issue I was having, hope this helped.

got the same issue with some games like steam and astroneer some games also tell me i didn´t buy them (more specifficaly they say i don´t have a license) also just cause 4 tells me i´m logged in with a user that doesn´t have the game bassicaly i can´t play any game on steam the only game i can play is getting over it with bennet foddy/stormworks build and rescue although it often fully loads the save game

I have this Error Application load error V:0000065432 in No Mans Sky when I click on any of the two Launch screens to start a game it crashes. Shrinks down to the windows bar, when I try to open it up, it wont, then I get the error. This started after the update to day. Any helpful info would be nice. I also deleted my Video drivers and reinstalled them, as we as No Mans Sky. I still have the issue.

Go to your steam root directory select everything in that folder except for the Steamapps folder and Steam.exe, and hit delete on your keyboard. After all your other files are deleted open Steam, this should force Steam to update, log back into steam after it finishes updating (you will need to re-add any additional steam libraries you have), if this didn't fix your issue verify the integrity of your game files and try again.

i got the same error right after i uptaded the "Spore ModAPI Launcher" twice while trying to install "dark injection".
