Shadow of Acharn (Shadow Of Mordor) BROKEN???

I have brought the Shadow of Acharn and used it one time. Later in the game i were about to use it again, but couldn't. I found out that you could see ''the little daggert box'' when you hold SHIFT. I thought it was a bug and quit the game and played it the next day, but it was still the same.
After playing it for a while i saw it was half full, and that was after i had played for several hours including those yesterday.
Is it something to do with the daggers runes and how many you unlock???
PLEASE HELP!!!

when using those top tier weapon abilities, you need to recharge after use. for the sword one, executions and dispatches recharge it. for the dagger one (Shadow of Acharn) stealth kills recharge it. and the bow one requires you to score headshots on orcs, this one is probbaly easiest to recharge when you have combat drain available, and makes the game feel more like a shooter.

But dont you need the epic Runes?:-)

not sure there is one for the shadow super. with goty version of the game, there is a storm epic that'll give you the execute super at the start. no need to spend 2500 currency to unlock.

the part that let's you buy buffs to health and focus, allows you to get the weapon supers as well.
