Controls on steam deck?

I am technologically stupid and can't figure our how to make the game switch over from mouse and keyboard.
Is there any tips or tricks that may help with this?

same here. it only shows me mouse controls and nothing works in game, but works in the paused game menu?

i used to have this issue for me it stopped when i turned off the trackpad

I have been playing the whole game on steam deck... emm... it should just work ?... but I think if you touch the trackpads the game gets confused into thinking that you are using keyboard and mouse.... for specific setup I personally use r4 as stealth, and l4 as run... r5 and l5 as shoulder buttons.. I do not use it all normally but nice to have them whatn I do :)

steam deck it is my favourite game somehow, lol... it runs great mostly maxed out.

I had the same problem now i have ds4 for windows works great hope it helps. Sorry saw the steam deck so Mt answer won't help

I had this and found a fix. Hit the settings button (Three dots to the underneath the right track pad), then go to "Quick Settings" and "Rearrange Controller Order". I have been using an xbox controller on it recently so it was expecting that but it wasn't connected so I basically had to tell it to use the built in controls again.
