"Climbing the Ranks" mission help?
I'm getting my ass kicked my this "Climbing the Ranks" mission in which you are supposed to rescue Ratbag and interrogate Brogg the Twin.

Basically I can sneak around and stealth kill the four archers, but once I drop down into the group there are too many enemies and I get overwhelmed. Annoyingly there are at least two shield guys, which you are supposed to flip over and attack from behind, and they tend to beat me senseless.

I can't seem to get any 8x hit combos going to activate my Execution Skill. (But I might just suck at the controls.)

Is there some trick I'm missing here? any hints?

That mission sucked for me too lol. Caragons in cages are decent for killing uruks, or shooting shield guys in the face with elf shot.

Use you bow to kill shielf guys its really easy to head shot them and counts towards getting your combo up.Other then that the game can just be tough at the start of it if you get overwhlemed by numbers.

Head-shotting the shield guys seemed to help. And as a bonus, once you complete the four stealth kills, you don't have to repeat it! Only took a few more tries... :steamfacepalm:

climb on walls and jumpkill everybody except brogg
After you kill the archers, I would suggest jumping down, getting the attention of the enemies and then climbing up walls and hiding so they spread out. After that you can pick them off. It worked for me, at least.

it also helps to play the story missions for the wraith until you get shadow strike. you can use it on a regular orc and they'll stay on the ground for several seconds. also helps with stealth kills on archers.
