Screen Tearing issue: SOLVED
My PC runs the game fine, getting higher frame rate then my monitor can handle, hence the tearing. I've tried Vsync in game, Ive tried forcing it with my GPU control panel, they don't seem to work, anybody have any advice on this? I had selected it to run at no more than 60fps in the game too if that helps.

Turn off vsync and Fps cap in game.
Then use Nividia Controll and add Tripple Buffering and Adaptiv Vsync.
Should be good to go sir..
I believe an early update broke in game vsync.

Another way to fix Screen Tearing is to change your Display Mode to Borderless. This is what fixed the problem for me.
