directx 10 dxcpl

so i see all these msgs of how to run Shadow of mordor using directx 10 with DXCPL. I can not seem to get it to work no matter what i try. i chose 11 or 11_1, always forcewrap have it set to debug layer, force on. the dxcpl i found was for windows 8 or 8.1, i try to run as admin under service pack windows 8 and vista. I even have the windows SDK for 10, (cant find a similar program to DXcpl on it though)

I have the game through Steam, I am using windows 10, have an intel(r) hd graphics 3000,

Any ideas?

Even with a DX10 compatible wrapper, an HD 3000 is no where near up to the task of playing this game, even on the lowest settings and 720p it would be a slideshow.

Minimum spec is a GTX 460 and despite it's age, it is still many times more powerful than the HD 3000: http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-460-vs-Intel-HD-3000-Desktop-V2-135-GHz/2167vs2170

thx I'm just gonna get an external Graphics card or have my tech friend integrate a direct x 12 compatiable one, if not just upgrade to a better computer, nice to get an anwser though.
