So, now that vendetta challenges have been disabled, how will one be able to get 100% of the achievements. Only one requires it but that still counts.

I still had vendetta yesterday. Maybe they are just randomly generated now?

The announced that there would be a server shutdown at the end of the year, like 2 months ago or so. I don't know if the 3 achievements are still obtainable, some people were saying that they still got them after 31st of December. I got them a couple of days before just to be sure but it was hard. Vendetta is easy to get if there's still Vendetta missions online.

I just read the "So to recap, on January 1st, 2021" discussion, apparently the server shutdown has been delayed until mid-January, an actual date hasn't been decided. That's why Vendetta missions are still available in-game. It also means that anyone still wanting the achievements now gets a little more time to get them completed.

Ok, the newest update for the game just dropped and with it, the online functions are no more. When it comes to achievements that would be blocked, this is what I got from Monolith server:

"All three achievements will unlock. Barring some rare last-minute, unforeseen complication, a patch is on deck for early next week. Until that patch is live, I won't be able to offer more details but I'll be happy to discuss once it drops.

I´m suspecting that Repaid in Blood will be unlocked as soon as you kill your killer, but we shall see what will Monolithians (basically Monolith devs of the server) say about it.

Got more info on how Repaid in Blood would function in the future.

"But as I understand it, you get killed by a Captain and then avenge yourself. So it's not an online Vendetta, it's a personal Vendetta. Eligible Vendetta Captain should be marked on the Army screen."

Think SoW Vendetta (self-avenging) missions.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor – Status Update

Due to changes with our network, access to certain features for the Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor videogame on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam will no longer be available beginning Jan. 12.

- The Nemesis Forge feature is no longer available.
- Vendetta missions are no longer available, but the “Repaid in Blood” achievement/trophy can still be unlocked.
- Leaderboards are no longer connected to other users and only show the player’s score, but “The Hunt is My Mistress” and “Lord of the Ring” achievements/trophies can still be unlocked.
- The WBPlay platform is no longer available, but the Epic Runes “Orc Hunter” and “Gravewalker” upgrades are now automatically awarded to all players.

Got more info on Repaid in Blood achievement:

"This is what I've heard directly from QA:
"You simply have to kill an Orc that killed you. There is no mission or any indication in-game to do so, but that is how we unlocked the Achievement/Trophy yesterday."
And that should be for all platforms. Did you try killing an orc that killed you after the patch was installed?"

It won't show the marked killer as anything special among other killers of you, just your usual red tick mark, but you should still get the achievement after you kill him ... and it's supposed to be the most recent one that killed you for it to trip.
